The West End Hotel - Luxurious Master One Bedroom Suites

I would probably go back, if the same room was available, although the noise was bothersome. Positive: The staff was polite and helpful. The room was everything I thought it would be. We chose the suit for a little up charge and was totally worth it for the space and 2 bathrooms. Negative: I only have one real complaint and it's been noted before. The walls / ceiling are thin. We stayed on the main floor in a very nice room. But the foot traffic above us was awful. I am not one to complain about noise, but at 2a.m. it sounded like a race was going on. It was bad enough to wake both of us up several times.

The room was great except for the mattress. Positive: Separate living room & bedroom area. Warm Negative: The middle of the mattress was sunken in.

Great location, secure parking and very comfortable room! Positive: I liked the location. I liked that even on the first floor there was very little street noise. Negative: There wasn't any aspect of my stay that I didn't like.

Negative: Staff rude. Room small and shower small.

Bad Positive: Manage/staff rude. A lot of cabinet doors broke. Show small. I entered my room and had 6 adults and a kid in my room laughing, sitting on the sofa and running around. I assume they were staff because they left with a couple of towels but they went next door to the laundry room.
