The West End Hotel - Luxurious Master One Bedroom Suites

Cozy small apartment downtown Positive: Nice property. Very clean. Feels like a small IKEA home. Close to everything downtown. Also like the gated parking. Negative: I liked everything about this property

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. Positive: Very clean and modern Negative: Not much just the quietness of the outside neighborhood was a bit loud.

Great but will not book again. Positive: The service was great, and the suite itself was presentable and comfortable. The location was also very convenient. Negative: the biggest issue was the noise. The property states that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM, but the guest in the unit above walked back and forth for hours every night, which made it difficult to rest. It seemed like there was no regard for the people staying below them. The floors appear to be hardwood and are very squeaky, so every step can be heard. As I’m typing this, they’ve been walking back and forth for about an hour. Unfortunately, the noise really impacted what would have otherwise been a great stay.

I would probably go back, if the same room was available, although the noise was bothersome. Positive: The staff was polite and helpful. The room was everything I thought it would be. We chose the suit for a little up charge and was totally worth it for the space and 2 bathrooms. Negative: I only have one real complaint and it's been noted before. The walls / ceiling are thin. We stayed on the main floor in a very nice room. But the foot traffic above us was awful. I am not one to complain about noise, but at 2a.m. it sounded like a race was going on. It was bad enough to wake both of us up several times.
