The West End Hotel - Luxurious Master One Bedroom Suites

Great location, secure parking and very comfortable room! Positive: I liked the location. I liked that even on the first floor there was very little street noise. Negative: There wasn't any aspect of my stay that I didn't like.

Negative: Staff rude. Room small and shower small.

Bad Positive: Manage/staff rude. A lot of cabinet doors broke. Show small. I entered my room and had 6 adults and a kid in my room laughing, sitting on the sofa and running around. I assume they were staff because they left with a couple of towels but they went next door to the laundry room.

It’s was great room and space Positive: New and clean and good off the street parking Negative: No outside smoking areas

Amazing Positive: It was beautiful… Negative: Nothing
