Room was nice , neighborhood wasn’t. Positive: The room was spacious. Negative: Payed to park. Neighborhood was shady.

Good value, friendly staff, interior could use some touching up, but a good experience overall Positive: The staff were all very friendly, and the manager was very helpful. The hotel is on the #10 bus route, which made getting around easier (we didn't have a car). There's a kitchen on the ground floor and small kids toy/play space. Negative: At first glance, the room felt like it could have used some TLC. There was some peeling paint, a cord in the bathroom that had lost its adhesive, and we could see light from the hall through the closed-off bedroom door. There was a bit of road noise during the day, but it never caused a problem (the hotel is on a busy road). The doors felt pretty thin. The building was experiencing a water issue when we checked in - the city water people (or whoever handles those things) were I guess doing some maintenance in the area and had the water to a few nearby buildings mostly shut off. I wouldn't expect this to be a regular thing, and the staff were all very accommodating.

Cozy small apartment downtown Positive: Nice property. Very clean. Feels like a small IKEA home. Close to everything downtown. Also like the gated parking. Negative: I liked everything about this property
