The West End Hotel- Queen Bed with Futon

Excellent value Boutique Hotel Positive: Great location with very quite comfortable rooms. It met our needs at a really good price point. Shared full kitchen worked very well for us with free coffee and fruit on weekends. We would stay again Negative: Water pressure was very low on 3rd floor(2nd floor was ok). Water temperature took up to 5 minutes to heat for showers in both rooms I stayed in.

Nice place for a overnight when just coming through town Positive: Was only there a short time as we were heading home. Room was great, big enough for 3 people comfortably. Clean, price was reasonable. Negative: There was no bedding for the futon that was provided. Futon was outdated, slippery to sleep on, not very comfortable. They may want to think about updating to a more modern type of futon. Overall, the room was nice

Positive: Their customer service, hospitality and wonderful kindness was top tier!!! I will only stay here if I go Missouri again ❤️

The man at the desk was so helpful and nice I don’t remember his name but he was training when I was there Positive: The rooms it’s self was very nice Negative: Nothing

Positive: Very clean and felt secure! Negative: Was alot noise during the night from people coming in from activities, it was valentine's weekend and marti graul weekend!!
