Excellent. Positive: The hot tub was great and the noise levels in the hotel were kept to a minimum. Negative: The signage was a hit hard to find at first.

Positive: The kitchens Negative: No camera in garage to tell us who hit and broke our handicap ramp on the back of our car.

Great stay. Second time I have stayed here. Would stay again. Positive: Room was clean. Good location. Negative: Bed was very firm- uncomfortable to me, other people may like it.

Positive: The staff is very friendly. It is quite around. The room is quite big. Although the facilities in the room is a little bit old but it still useful and comfortable. Negative: The place is little bit far from public transport, e.g., MRT.

Will definitely book here again next trip Positive: This was an absolute gem of a find. The staff ALL of them were so accommodating and willing to help in any way. Heather is seen every day and only a phone call away. Rachel went above and beyond when I checked in, I had a family scare and she was willing to call her connections in town to help me in my situation. Heather was telling me all the things nearby and the safest places to walk. It is only about a 15-20 minute safe walk down the street to see things like the Cathedral and into Euclid where everything is popping with bars, restaurants, ice cream shops. 100 percent recommend this spot! Negative: Only thing I can really say is that across the street is a grocery store but I was really uneasy walking over into that shopping center. That is out of the establishments control though. I wish they had more of a convenience frig or vending machine that you could buy microwaveable foods or snacks but that is only because I was scared to go to the grocery store alone.
