The West End Hotel- Queen Bed with Futon

Positive: The location was good for my stay Negative: Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working when I got there but that wasn’t the end of the world

Non ho trovato quello che ho comprato. Positive: La posizione molto comoda. Negative: Ho prenotato una camera con due letti, ne ho trovato soltanto uno. Quando l’ho fatto presente alla reception, mi è stato detto: l’altro letto è il divano che si trasforma in divano letto, resta il fatto che non mi hanno aggiunto l’altro letto, ignorando completamente la mia richiesta. Oltre ad aver pagato per avere due letti.

Clean nice room, but no running water. Positive: I liked most of the property. Made me feel safe in downtown St. Louis. Negative: The water was shut off by morning. Which sort of eliminated one of the main reasons I booked a hotel room… to have a place to shower and get ready in the morning for a business event. They say it was the city’s issue, and I can accept that. I also can accept that there wasn’t anything they could really do… But that was over $100 and it wasn’t too much more different than sleeping in my vehicle.

Positive: I enjoyed the 1 bed 1 bath room. The room was clean and spacious.
