The West End Hotel- Queen Bed with Futon

Negative: A mi esposa le encantó

Positive: It was fairly clean. Negative: Hot tub not working and they only gave two towels for the whole stay.

Stay elsewhere Positive: I booked it beacuse it had good reviews in the past, but my expereince was bot good at all. Negative: There was no running water starting late night until the next evening, and the hotel wouldn't even provide bottled water to brush your teeth, I had to go to a friends hotel to shower. They didn't offer any compensation. Room was not clean for the entire time of my stay (4 nights). AC unit was super loud and you are not allowed to set it lower than 70⁰.

Positive: refused to refund me for day with no water in the Hotel, the Manager hung up on me when i asked, the room is very noisy, you can hear everything in the next room, floors are sticky and smell, the sewers around the building will make you sick, toilets barely flush

Loved it. Very nice! Rooms are small but, was good for my husband and I! We would stay here again!
