The West End Hotel - Contemporary Room with King Bed

Clean and safe Positive: The room was clean and the bedding was clean and white. Negative: Shower was terrible. Took 5 minutes to get hot water and the pressure was terrible. A lot of noise from outside. Our room was on the street side. Marijuana smoke everywhere it seemed. Although the parking fee was only $10.00, I despise that fee for paying guests. I also noticed a $20.00 cleaning fee attached to the bill. What is that all about? Otherwise the stay was good. I felt safe, and the room was clean. I guess all the other little things are just inconveniences.

The West End was so comfortable, very clean and secure. Staff was courteous. Highly recommend. Positive: We loved the comfort, cleanliness was a 10! Staff very courteous and accommodating. We also appreciated the security of the parking garage and building. Negative: Fan in bathroom very loud. No issues though.

Positive: Friendly staff and great kitchen amenities

Positive: Great location to everything. Only 10 min from downtown! Negative: Had to reach out for housekeeping, photos of the “deluxe” king room were misleading thinking we’d have room for our pack and play and we definitely did not. The bed was not comfortable and you could hear everything going on in the building
