The White House 1 Bdrm Apt - Unit C

Parking was not optimal if I would have known that every 20 minutes I’d have to pay for a new parking session I would have reconsidered where I stayed. I wish it was more clear in the description but overall a very nice spot to stay outside of the parking. It states a -0 minute walk from garage it is much longer walk and you should have that in the description when booking.

My 15 year old son and I stayed for one night and it was perfect for us! The owner was excellent with communication. The apartment was very clean. The outside area in the back of the building was so nice. The exterior of the property was very clean. We even got lucky and the maintenance man from the check-in hotel drove us to the apartment so we didn’t have to walk. That was lovely because it was over 90 degrees outside. I did walk back to the garage on check out day and it took about 12 minutes. It wasn’t too bad!

Great place to stay for weekend trip exploring St. Louis Positive: I love old architecture and the unit is in a big old beautiful building. The unit is spacious and comfortable for down time. It’s located next to St. Louis university and surrounded by many gorgeous historical buildings. Walking distance to live music and variety of food options. Negative: Having us check in at another location, 15 minute walk from the unit we rented seemed unnecessary. We’ve been able to do self check in at multiple other similar rentals.

Convenient and clean. Positive: I recently stayed at White House at Grand Central, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the Grand Center Arts District hosts a variety of cultural venues such as the Fox Theatre, Powell Symphony Hall, and the Contemporary Art Museum, The area felt safe, even during late-night returns. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting.

I will stay there again if I’m in the area Positive: It felt like a home and not just a hotel room. The bed was soooooo comfortable. I miss the bed and pillows. Negative: I can’t think of anything
