I love the place but the manager was very rude I left place clean and still put me down as a no rent I’m guessing becaus

Excellent sized and beautiful townhouse. Sketchy neighborhood.
Positive: Townhouse was excellent. Great decor. Close to great restaurants and universities.
Negative: It looks like it’s in a sketchy neighborhood. Houses around it are boarded up. We thought we were in the wrong place. One of the bedrooms didn’t have electricity so we phoned about the problem and they asked us to go down to the basement which looked creepy and go to the electrical panel to flip the tripped switch. This worked. But going down to a dark dank dirty basement felt creepy.
